Products listed on our site are not necessarily in stock and customers should contact us to confirm stock availability and pricing.

Images on our sites are only indicative and due to the properties of the substrates used by our processes (ceramics, crystal, glass and plastic) we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours or the recreation of finest detail on personalised products. Where orders are placed for personalised products using customers supplied artwork or photographs refunds and exchanges will be available only for damage, or loss in transit.

Should a product be purchased by a customer because of information supplied on this website which is found to be incorrect, Value Link Distributors will only accept liability for the costs associated with exchanging or refunding the product. Value Link Distributors will NOT accept responsibility for costs associated with any loss of business, or damage from misuse where the product's specifications or recommended usage are supplied on the packaging.

Products which fail to perform to specification or are defective in manufacturing or packaging should be returned to Value Link Distributors premises or to an agent of Value Link Distributors with their original packaging and a copy of the receipt for inspection. Where the product is found to be faulty by reason of manufacturing defect it will be replaced or credited to the customer's account subject to Value Link Distributors' discretion and the guidelines of the New South Wales Office of Fairtrading.

Where products have been damaged in transit, the matter should first be raised with the courier or delivery company. Details of the damage should be sent to Value Link Distributors along with the name of the courier or delivery company and their delivery docket number.
